Many of the headquarters of the chapters are local bars in the market. In New York City, McFadden's serves as an extension of Ralph Wilson Stadium on game days. It's always packed and fans should get there early in the morning to get a seat to watch the game. McFadden's is located in Mid-town Manhattan. Kelly's Bar, located in the East Village also hosts Bills fans on gamedays.
The history of McFadden's in NYC started in 2000 by Matt Kabel and Matt Soreco. Kapel was born in Orchard Park, NY, went to Fordham University. There he felt a disconnect from being unable to watch the games. He then met Soreco through a web forum, using Soreco's web design skills and Kapel's connections with McFadden's, the club was formed and is now one of the strongest chapters.
There are two locations in the Raleigh/Durham area. The Raleigh/Durham chapter is located Buffalo Brothers Pizza and Wings on Capital Blvd. located in Raleigh. The other club is located at Amedeo's Italian Restaurant on West. Blvd.
There are five locations in the greater Los Angeles area. The Los Angeles branch is located in Pasadena at Barney's Beanery. The Santa Monica branch of Bills Backers is located at Busby's Restaurant in Santa Monica. The True Blue Bills Backers is located at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Chino Hills.
The Busbys location in Santa Monica offers seven 42 inch high definition televisions which accompany one 60 inch high definition main television. Busby's also offers a free Buffalo Wild Wings buffet during halftime of each Bills game.
There are two locations in Las Vegas. The Las Vegas chapter is located at Johnny Mac's on Boulder Highway. The Henderson, NV branch congregates at Santoro's on E. Sunset Road.
There are three chapters located in the Phoenix area. The one right in Phoenix is at Pullano's Pizza. The Bills Backers of Arizona's chapter meets at Mo's on the Greene Sports Grill located at E. Pueblo Rd. in Mesa, AZ. There is another Phoenix area chapter that meets in Mesa, Az.
There are four clubs located in western New York. The Monday Morning Quarterback is located at Seymour Knox III Plaza located in downtown Buffalo. The Bills Backers of Cheektowaga is located at Rafferty's Irish Pub on Harlem Rd. in Buffalo. There's a chapter located at Erie Community College in Orchard Park.
Even while in market, watching a Bills game at a bar enhances the experience for the fan because you're able to enjoy the team's success and failures with other fans, instead of just storming around your own living room.

There is a Bills Backers chapter located in Monterrey, Mexico at Fanattic. The Bills Backers of Italy watches the games at Margaret Duchamp Bar & Pub in Venenzia, Italy. There are two Bills Backers chapters in Australia, one located at Crown Casino, Sports Bar in Melbourne and the Star City Casino located in Sydney. The Bills Backers of New Zealand are located at The Bog Irish Bar & Restaurant in Manukau near Auckland.
