The leaves leaves are changing, and there's still a lot up for grabs in the NFL. Teams on the outside of the playoff picture will need to try to get in the mix.

Last Week: 9-5, Season 29-13.

Baltimore Ravens at Minnesota Vikings

The Vikes are quietly putting the NFC Central in the bag, and no one is making that big a deal about it. Favre looks young again, and so does the Vikings defense. Even though they played the cream puff Rams last week, the Vikings are at home in a noisy dome. Favre will get up for a game of this magnitude, and expect to see him get in Ray Lewis' face a few times to crank up the volume a bit more.

Minnesota 28, Baltimore 21.

Detroit Lions at Green Bay Packers

It would be nice to see the Lions upset the Packers, but that's not going to happen.

Green Bay 35, Detroit 7.

New York Giants at New Orleans Saints

Considering the fact the Saints have already beaten the Eagles, and this game takes on huge postseason implications. With a win, the Saints could be home for the playoffs instead of playing in New Jersey in the snow. The Saints are too soft to handle the sledgehammer the Giants are going to bring with them.

New York 25, New Orleans 21.

Arizona Cardinals at Seattle Seahawks

The Seahawks punched the Jaguars in the face last week. Arizona's defense stepped up against the Texans. This is a pivotal NFC West game, with both teams trying to overtake the Niners. The emotion of the return of Hasselbeck is over, so look for the veteran Warner to lead the Cards to an upset in Seattle.

Arizona 24, Seattle 14.

Carolina Panthers at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Carolina looks to be putting things together a bit, and need a road win in the worst way, especially against a division opponent. The Panthers need to start making a push if they are going to have any hope of making the playoffs. The Bucs are young, but aren't showing any signs of life at all. The Panthers have the grit and experience to win.

Carolina 21, Tampa Bay 15.

Cleveland Browns at Pittsburgh Steelers

How Eric Mangini got the Browns job in the first place, and how he keeps his job after this debacle of a season, is a mystery that will puzzle Browns fans for decades to come.

Pittsburgh 30, Cleveland 3.

Houston Texans at Cincinnati Bengals

After this week, the Bengals won't be able to sneak up on anyone anymore. The Cats are a solid football team with a decent pass rush and a good to great offense.

Cincinnati 41, Houston 25.

Kansas City Chiefs at Washington Redskins

The Chiefs are starting to show signs of life. All it's going to take is one road win to get them on a roll, and they couldn't pick a better opponent than the Redskins. The 'Skins owner, Daniel Snyder, is rumored to be trying to replace his coach in midseason, which should be enough of a distraction to derail the Redskins.

Kansas City 7, Washington 3.

St. Louis Rams at Jacksonville Jaguars

Jacksonville is Jeckyll and Hyde this season. Look for Jeckyll to show up.

Jacksonville 14, St. Louis 3.

Philadelphia Eagles at Oakland Raiders

The Eagles have been a well run franchise since the late 1990's. The Raiders should take a page from the Eagles book to straighten themselves out.

Philadelphia 38, Oakland 11.

Buffalo Bills at New York Jets

Rex Ryan is going to unleash the dogs on defense this week after he was embarrassed on Monday night, which is not good news for Bills fans or Trent Edwards. The only good news that may come of this game for the Bills is that it might seal Dick Jauron's fate, and someone in the organization will come to their senses and offer Jon Gruden anything he wants. The Bills are minus 39 in points for / against, and Mark Sanchez to Braylon Edwards looks like it's going to be a great combination for the Jets.

New York 32, Buffalo 10.

Tennessee Titans at New England Patriots

The Pats don't look legendary anymore, but the Titans look dreadful. Either Vince Young is a complete disaster, or Jeff Fisher is looking for a new job, as no one would stick with a journeyman like Kerry Collins over Vince Young when the team is winless.

New England 21, Tennessee 16.

Chicago Bears at Atlanta Falcons

The Bears, 3-1, head into this week trying to keep pace with the Vikings in the NFC North. The Falcons have little pressure from their own division, and proved a lot by flying to the west coast and drubbing a good San Francisco team. This game has the potential to be an old fashioned shootout.

Atlanta Falcons 39, Chicago Bears 31.

Denver Broncos at San Diego Chargers

Denver has escaped a loss the last two weeks against a fair Cowboy squad and a good Patriot team. The Chargers are as good as either of those two teams, and at home. San Diego has a habit of lying in the weeds and being a slow starter. Look for this week to be the week they get it going.

San Diego 17, Denver 10.
