Week 10 in the NFL is usually right around the team that key injuries start to pile up for top teams and this week is no different.
Stars like Reggie Bush and Tony Romo have been injured in recent weeks and their teams are trying to cope. Dallas has a bye this week but there are plenty of big games to keep NFL fans satisfied in week 10: NFL Week 10 Office Pool Picks Denver at Cleveland- The Browns have been looking better and if not for a key Braylon Edwards drop would have won last week. Both teams need this game badly. Brady Quinn is an unknown in his first start and I like DEN in a close win in week 10. New Orleans at Atlanta- Matt Ryan and co. play well at home. This will be an old fashioned dome shootout. I like Saints in a close one but Atlanta has nonetheless proven that they are for real in recent weeks and Ryan is a rookie of the year candidate. Drew Brees, however is an MVP candidate if the Saints keep winning. Tennessee at Chicago- Bears pull an upset here at home in a key game. This will be a slugfest and the kind of game CHI loves to play. Jacksonville at Detroit- Jags are ripe for the upset...but Daunte Culpepper is not likely to do well in his first start for DET. Take the Jaguars in week 10. Seattle at Miami- Miami is too physical on offense for the Seahawks. MIA wins. Green Bay at Minnesota- Both teams have struggled a bit. Tough rivalry game to call here but I like the Packers. Buffalo at New England- Another matchup of average, hard-to-figure teams in the parity-driven NFL in week 10. I like the Patriots at home in this one close. St. Louis at NY Jets- Jets will romp at home over Rams. Baltimore at Houston- The Ravens have looked good lately while Houston plays well at Reliant Stadium. Sage Rosenfels gives the Texans better QB play and he will allow them to pull an upset. Carolina at Oakland- Carolina takes it over hapless Raiders, who at one point last week had negative yards to Atlanta's 300+. Indianapolis at Pittsburgh- Colts looked better, Pittsburgh's o-line is a wreck. Indy takes this one behind their pass rush. KC Chiefs at San Diego- San Diego is an easy pick here at home despite their flaws. NY Giants at Philadelphia- Giants should win this one as they looked poised for another Super Bowl run but Philadelphia is a dark horse. Take NYG for now but look out for Philly. San Francisco at Arizona- Who greenlighted this as a Monday Night game? Oh well, Arizona will win this one going away behind their passing game.
